Above The Fold Update – Google’s Major Rollout for 2012
Google has recently rolled out a new algorithmic update affecting a vast majority of the sites in losing their SEO visibility, its called as “above the fold” update, not sure if its the project name. But it looks like this is the first Panda for 2012.

Matt cutts was giving a hint to webmasters last year about a possible change that could affect sites with too much of ads above the fold, making readers find difficult to search for contents, its finally rolled out now.
