Use PAD to submit Software to Directories for Backlinks

First download PAD generator, create a PAD with it and submit it to each
software directory manually.
A PAD file is an XML file that is made with a PAD generator. It stands for
Portable Application Description. In essence it is a software information
page, and provides download and description information. It’s kinda like a
business card for your software title.
The great thing is you don’t even need a piece of software to create or
upload a PAD file. This would then be submitted to thousands of software
directories to get the word out. First be sure to download the freeware PAD

Add your link in the URL field.

While submitting the description you can leave all related info of the software and a link in the description of the software back to your website. Make sure the link is tested and formatted.
